Is all your meat halaal?

Yes — 100%. Every animal is slaughtered according to strict Islamic principles, and our supply chain is certified and audited. Our founder, a Sheikh, has personally overseen this standard since 2013. Certificates are available on request.

Where do you deliver?

How does same-day delivery work?

Order before 2pm and choose a same-day time slot at checkout. Your meat is cut, vacuum packed and delivered in insulated, chilled packaging. You'll receive live tracking as soon as your driver is on the way.

How fresh is the meat?

We cut to order — nothing sits in a display fridge. Beef is matured for up to 21 days for flavour and tenderness, then cut before 8am, vacuum packed and delivered within hours. Lamb is free-range and delivered fresh, never frozen.

Do you offer aqeeqah and qurbani services?

Yes — this is where our family began. We offer complete aqeeqah packages, udhiyah bookings and Ijtimai Qurbani registration with full transparency, photo confirmation and optional distribution to families in need.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

Add delivery instructions at checkout — a safe spot, a neighbour, or a security estate note. Our insulated packaging keeps your order safely chilled for up to 4 hours.

Can I return or refund an order?

If anything arrives below our standard, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — no forms, no arguments. Your trust matters more than one order.

We accept all major cards via Yoco, PayFast and Peach Payments, plus Instant EFT via Ozow. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Payflex (buy now, pay later) are coming soon.
